About This Spot

Stepping into Kam’s Nasi Lemak feels like finding a familiar pause amid the urban rush of Kuala Lumpur’s G Tower. Nestled quietly at the food court level, this spot hums with a steady, welcoming rhythm — a shared space where office workers and locals gather for moments of reprieve and simple satisfaction. The atmosphere is comfortably casual, a no-frills haven where the warmth of well-loved flavors fills the air and invites you to slow down and savor.

The pace here is gentle yet purposeful, as servers move efficiently through the lunch crowd, the comfort of routine underscoring each interaction. There’s a tangible care beneath the straightforwardness — from the careful marination of whole chicken legs to the balance struck in the sambal that’s never too fiery but just enough to spark curiosity. Nasi lemak, a humble dish elevated here through attentiveness and a respectful nod to tradition, becomes more than food; it’s a quiet celebration of heritage and everyday joy.

Beyond the signature fragrant rice and richly spiced rendang, the menu gently unfolds with familiar Malaysian staples, each imbued with a home-grown authenticity. The drinks, from Thai milk tea to robust coffee blends, offer their own subtle pleasures—a thoughtful counterpoint to the savory plates and a perfect companion to the midday pause.

Kam’s Nasi Lemak captures the essence of a local eatery that has quietly embedded itself into the daily rhythm of those who know it. It’s a place where flavors tell stories, and shared meals become small but meaningful connections, making busy days feel a little more grounded and a little more joyful.

Can’t believe I missed this gem tucked under my own office building. Had their nasi lemak ayam berempah and it is really good, on par with other famous ones in town. Sambal is good and not spicy. Their Cham ice is “kaw” with good balanced taste of tea and coffee, and not too sweet. Will keep coming there and try their other foods.

Awesome authentic Malaysian delicacies here, mee siam is my personal favourite of all time, damn savoury and generous portion, they got the mee siam taste totally right, sometimes I order two portions as it's just too good. Recommended to serve with their ayam berempah or beef rendang, both very delicious! Notable mention goes to their drinks, the coffee and tea flavour are good, you could taste the rich flavour and the serving size is very generous, probably 25% more than usual cup size you normally get for the same price.

Lunch hour always crowded. Do come before 11.30am if want to prevent from the crowded queue ordering. Variety of nails lemak choices from fried chicken, rendang chicken, mutton and much more. Always ordered their Nasi Lemak Ayam Berempah. The chicken that served come in big portion. Nasi lemak is fine.

One of my favourite lunch spots. The food is delicious and affordable, the staff are very friendly and “professional”. I recommend the nasi lemak with fried chicken and fried egg. Taste 5/5 Value 5/5 Service 4.5/5 Presentation 4/5

Located at the food court floor of G Tower, this eatery serves one of the very best nasi lemak in Kuala Lumpur. The sambal is old school Malay style taste which i badly missed . The steamed coconut milk rice is super delicious and great texture. The fried chicken is easily one of the very best i can remember, it uses whole chicken leg, very well marinated with spices and fried almost a la minute, making it super fresh and tasty. The potato curry is also very good. Above all, the lady boss is very friendly always carry a big and beautiful smile. I will miss this place. Highly recommended. A gem without a doubt ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nasi lemak is their selling point. Overall it’s quite nice. The queue gets really long at lunch hour but it doesn’t really take long for them to take order as they provide table service. The only issue is getting tables so arrive earlier, best around 11.30am
